Prescribed Therapy Regimen
With a specific prescribed therapy regimen the ducts of the meibomian glands will secrete thinner and clearer lipids which will allow for a healthier tear film.
Lasting Results
For best results it’s recommended doing 3 treatments 2 weeks apart. Evaluating the patients after the cycle of treatments they might require a 4th treatment. Compact Design.
We designed this version of MiBo to offer a more economical and smaller version. The unit is half the size so it will fit into practices that are limited on space but still giving you the effective heat of the higher end MiBo units offering the proven clinical benefits. The unit is limited with just a single hand piece and the Normal & Low modes but has the ability to use the new C-Elite tip. This new tip covers more of the eye surface and encapsulates the heat giving a better concentrated heat around all the glands.

- Low Mode:
If the patient feels the heat is too warm this lowers the temperature by 1% during treatment. - Normal Mode:
The system always starts treatment in normal mode which is 108.5 degrees F. - High Mode:
If during treatment you want to have more heat this will increase temperature by 1% during treatment. - Ultra Mode:
For situations that you want to have max heat this will boost the temperature by 1.5% during treatment.
Heaters Detach for Single Hand Piece Mode
The Dual Hand Piece heaters can be removed from the holder and used as a single hand piece.
Rotating Mount
The cord will rotate 90 degrees so while you’re treating it will take stress off the cord.
New Dual Hand Piece
The Mibo Thermoflo IIx comes with the deluxe single hand piece but also includes our new Dual Hand Piece. Now you can treat bilaterally so it will allow you to cut the treatment time in half.
PD adjustable
The Dual Hand Piece comes with a handle that holds the heating elements. The mount allows you to slide heaters for proper PD adjustment. You can also rotate each tube to get the proper angle of the eye cup for each patient.
Bilateral Treatments
With the ability to treat both eyes at the same time it will cut your treatment times in half.
