The clinical foundation of MiBo Thermoflo is built on more than a decade of independent research. Published studies have consistently demonstrated improvements in both patient-reported symptoms and objective clinical signs of Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD), including meibomian gland secretion, tear-film stability, ocular surface health, and validated outcome measures such as OSDI and SPEED.

More than 1,000 eyes have been evaluated across published clinical studies, with follow-up extending to six months. This growing body of evidence comes from independent academic institutions across North America, Asia, Africa, and Latin America, with no reported company funding or conflicts of interest.
