How it works
Continuous controlled heat
MiBoFlo delivers continuous, thermoelectrically-controlled heat to the outer eyelid through a handheld probe, held at a steady 108.5°F (≈42°C), paired with ultrasonic gel for a gentle massage. The sustained, evenly-distributed warmth softens hardened meibum inside the glands, allowing it to be expressed and restored to the tear film’s lipid layer.
